Contract management has long been a tedious, fragmented process. Teams juggle between emails, Microsoft Word, Excel, and disconnected tools — often leading to delays and costly mistakes. French startup Tomorro is flipping the script with its AI-powered platform that streamlines contract workflows, boosts team collaboration, and centralizes operations in one secure space.

Now, with a fresh €25 million in funding, Tomorro is doubling down on its mission to redefine how contracts are handled across Europe.

Backed by Leading Investors to Power AI and Expansion

The latest investment round is led by prominent VCs XAnge and Acton Capital, with backing from Adelie and Founders Future. Previous investors — HenQ, Resonance, Financière Saint-James, and Motier Venture — have also returned, signaling strong confidence in the company’s growth trajectory. This brings Tomorro’s total funding to €40 million, although its valuation remains undisclosed.

Tomorro plans to use this capital to expand across Europe, kickstarting its international journey with a new office in Cologne, Germany. A key focus will be ramping up AI development, particularly in automating contract negotiation — a feature that could shift how businesses manage legal operations. The startup also aims to scale its workforce, targeting over 100 new hires across engineering, product, sales, and marketing within the next two years.

Solving the Hidden Costs of Poor Contract Management

Founded in 2020 by Antoine Fabre, Sébastien Decrême, and Thibaut Caoudal, Tomorro was born out of frustration with outdated, manual contract systems. Fabre — formerly with Airbnb and an active startup investor — recognized the inefficiencies plaguing both legal and operational teams.

“Most companies suffer from limited contract visibility and endless email chains between departments. It’s a drain on time and productivity,” Fabre explained. “We built Tomorro to streamline the entire lifecycle and turn contracts into strategic assets, not administrative headaches.”

Tomorro’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform harnesses AI to automate workflows, accelerate contract creation, and support seamless collaboration across departments — from legal and sales to procurement and finance.

Competing in a Rapidly Evolving CLM Landscape

Tomorro operates in a competitive space, going head-to-head with global players like Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, and Agiloft. It also rivals legal enterprise platforms such as Onit and Mitratech. But where Tomorro sets itself apart is in its collaborative, AI-first design — built specifically to serve both legal and operational users equally.

With over 300 clients across France and beyond — including brands like Veja, Nestlé, and Ingenico — the startup is proving it can help organizations cut contract turnaround time by up to threefold while minimizing legal risks.

The platform tackles the so-called “95% problem” in AI contract automation — where tools get most of the work done but still need manual review. Tomorro’s solution bridges this gap by enabling smart human-AI collaboration.

Introducing Oro: The AI Assistant Redefining Legal Productivity

In 2024, Tomorro launched Oro, its generative AI assistant that’s quickly become a cornerstone of the platform. Oro helps users manage contracts more efficiently by supporting everything from drafting and editing to summarizing, translating, and extracting key data.

Today, 77% of Tomorro’s clients use Oro — a testament to its real-world impact. Powered by advanced language models, the assistant enables users to move through complex contract tasks with speed and accuracy.

Looking ahead, Tomorro is developing a full-fledged contract intelligence engine. The goal? To transform contract data into strategic insights that drive smarter decisions, not just faster operations.

“Contract environments are getting more complex — more stakeholders, more platforms, more regulations,” Fabre said. “Generative AI is the game-changer. With Oro and our upcoming features like AI-assisted negotiation, we’re not just saving time — we’re adding value.”

Aiming to Become Europe’s AI Contract Intelligence Leader

Tomorro’s ambitions go far beyond efficiency. The company wants to lead Europe’s AI contract management revolution — and eventually set the global standard. In addition to German expansion, its roadmap includes launching in other key European markets, enhancing its AI innovation engine, and evolving into a strategic contract intelligence platform.

XAnge partner Alexis du Peloux summed it up: “Tomorro is helping companies adapt to a new era of contract management. With this funding, they’re not just growing — they’re shaping the future of how businesses use AI to manage legal complexity, boost productivity, and extract real value from contracts.”

As businesses across Europe seek smarter, faster, and more secure ways to manage legal workflows, Tomorro is positioning itself as the AI-powered partner of choice.
